The International LGBTQ+ Travel Association Foundation proudly declared about one of its recent collaborations with wmnsWORK. It’s a global accelerator program made to help women and nonbinary individuals in the initial stages of entrepreneurship.
The IGLTA Foundation, as an official scholarship sponsor, will offer one scholarship for a nonbinary or LGBTQ+ woman entrepreneur in the impending February 2024 cohort.
wmnsWORK is a global, equity-free, 12-week accelerator program done virtually is planned precisely for women and nonbinary tourism entrepreneurs who are building their tourism business from scratch and are in the first 3 years of it. The program offers an expert-led space that supportive to hold up idea-sharing, community and self-compassion in their businesses and lately have grabbed a Bessie Award for its involvement behind allowing women+ in the industry.
IGLTA President/CEO John Tanzella, said that education is the basis of the IGLTA Foundation. The program of wmnsWORK lines up effortlessly with the aim of the Foundation to promote inclusivity and motivate underrepresented voices within tourism. They are quite thrilled to take part in this effort to generate more opportunities for LGBTQ+ women and nonbinary individuals to flourish in the tourism industry.
